SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service

1. Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases

ZOOM Recording Studio (a subsidiary of Union Recording Studio, Inc) operates an SMS program that sends text messages to customers who have opted in. This SMS program sends the following types of messages: appointment confirmations, session reminders, schedule changes, parking and check-in instructions, studio updates and notifications, and occasional promotional or marketing messages about studio services and offers.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

3. Instructions to Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
