ZOOM I is a non-smoking room. ZOOM II permits smoking and carries a surcharge ($10/hr during the day, $4/hr overnight). Both rooms hold up to 8 people and run the same professional gear.

Every session includes a Neumann TLM 103, Shure SM7B, Apollo 8/x8, Scarlett 2i2, Yamaha NS10 and Dynaudio LYD 8 monitors, KRK 10S sub, ATH-M50x and MDR-7506 headphones. Software: Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, and Ableton with Waves, Slate Digital, UAD, FabFilter Pro-Q 3, iZotope Ozone 9, VocAlign, and Autotune loaded. No extra charge for any of it.

Yes. Night Lockout runs midnight to 9 a.m. ZOOM I starts at $16/hr Mon-Wed, $19/hr Thu-Sun. ZOOM II is $20/$23. Same room, same gear, quieter building.

Three tiers: Rising Star 16 hours at $31/hr ($499), VIP 30 hours at $29/hr ($879), Icon 50 hours at $27/hr ($1,365). Prepaid online, use any available slot, no expiration pressure.

The room comes with everything set up and ready to record. If you want an engineer running the session, add an Advanced Engineer for $30/hr (2-hour minimum). For podcast sessions, the engineer is already included in the rate.
