Hailing from Nashville, TN, Darrius Porter has spent the past eight years making his mark in Los Angeles’ vibrant music scene. With over 14 years of professional experience in recording, mixing, and mastering, he has worked on everything from major label records to film ADR sessions and national commercials. During his junior year of college, Darrius was selected for an exclusive apprenticeship with Grammy Award–winning engineer James Waddell, an experience that shaped his technical precision and creative approach. He later earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Audio Production from The Art Institute of Tennessee – Nashville, further solidifying his foundation in professional sound engineering. His career includes serving as Head Engineer at Golden Impala Recording Studios in LA and contributing his expertise to the acclaimed K-Pop label Joombas Music Group. Over the years, he has completed more than 20,000 projects, amassing over 100 million streams and views worldwide. Known for his versatility, dedication, and passion for sonic excellence, Darrius continues to push boundaries with every mix and would love to be the one to bring your next project to life.
