Every ZOOM session is staffed by a named engineer — you know who you're working with
before you book.
Advanced Engineers bring solid professional experience across commercial session work,
competent across all major DAWs, genres, and standard release formats.
Elite Engineers represent the top tier available at ZOOM: 5+ years of professional
experience, verified client reviews, and full technical capability for EP, album,
sync, and release-level work.
All engineers work in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Autotune, Melodyne, and the full Waves
plugin suite. Book by engineer name or by tier.
Dylan Kinker
Advanced Engineer
Dylan Kinker started his journey in music production and recording at 18. After studying Jazz Performance at Florida State University, he moved to Los Angeles in 2018 to pursue a career in the music industry. Initially mixing live performances for local bands, Dylan soon returned to the studio to focus on production and engineering. Since then, he has collaborated with artists such as Beach Peach, Peach Riot, Omar Apollo, and BROCKHAMPTON, while also creating solo work under the name Kinker. His expertise spans genres including Pop, Hip-hop, Rap, RnB, Soul, Rock, and Trap.
We had the pleasure of working with Dylan. He is an amazing engineer. He made sure he did what was possible to assure we had the best sound. He also made the atmosphere very relaxing . It was a very productive, and fun session. Thank you.
