Advanced Engineers bring solid professional experience across commercial session work, competent across all major DAWs, genres, and standard release formats.
Elite Engineers represent the top tier available at ZOOM: 5+ years of professional experience, verified client reviews, and full technical capability for EP, album, sync, and release-level work.
All engineers work in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Autotune, Melodyne, and the full Waves plugin suite. Book by engineer name or by tier.
Elite engineer
Paul Bailey is a seasoned audio engineer, originally hailing from the Detroit area. After attending the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, he began his journey at the songwriter-centric 4th Street Recording studio in Santa Monica, CA, where he honed his skills as an intern and trainee.
Paul's career trajectory saw him progress from Runner to Desk, to Assistant, and eventually to Engineer at the Paramount/Ameraycan/Encore chain of studios. His talent and dedication soon caught the attention of Atlantic Records and Warner Music, where he spent nearly 15 years as a staff engineer. During this period, Paul worked with a roster of renowned artists, including Sean Paul, Charli XCX, David Guetta, and many others.
With a wealth of experience working alongside top artists, songwriters, and producers, Paul is eager to bring his expertise to your next project.
